Reporting a download that will not work

Most reports we cannot act on are missing the one detail that would let us reproduce the problem. If something is broken, please include:

• The TikTok link you were trying to download.
• Which button you pressed — video, HD, MP3, slideshow, or ZIP.
• What happened instead: an error message, an empty file, or a page that never finished loading.
• Your device and browser, for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome".

A screenshot helps more than a paragraph of description. Please do not send us your personal details — we do not need them to fix a download.

We respect the rights of creators. SSSTikTok.me does not host TikTok videos: it retrieves publicly available content at your request and passes it through to your device. Temporary files are deleted automatically within minutes.
